Excellent customer service

I have several software programs from Ashampoo but the latest one I bought would not function properly on my computer. I contacted customer service late on Wednesday to request a refund and midmorning on Thursday I received confirmation that my refund had been processed. Quick and very supportive customer service.

Refund Request

The product we ordered last year auto renewed. We no longer need the product so I filed a refund request. Much to my delight, we were contacted within hours stating our refund would be complete and refunded soon. What a seamless experience. Very nice to work with.

5 Star all around, solved my problem!

Here's the deal when it comes to customer service Coral is one of the best they always come through with their customers especially ones that lose their computers from thieves. They really let me reinstall my software by creating a new link for all my software that I purchased through the programs. Justin help me stoked get my programs back.
