I wrote to customer service on 1/17/23 and received a reply on 1/18/23 which settled my request 100%. Their response was not only fast but efficient and clearly written so I had no problem understanding what to expect. expired codes being resent

I've been using Paintshop for years and decided to upgrade. I was on an old windows system and the upgrade didn't work.. My mistake. I tried updating the system, but it wouldn't owing to laptops age.. Eventually bought a new laptop. Asked Coral if they could resend the download code as it had long expired. Had a positive reply within a coupe of hours... Now have an updated fully functioning programme... Superb service...
