to cancel my subscription and get a full refund was easy and fast

I recently purchased a free trial of one of the product, unfortunately, I did not make the necessary updates to my account at the end of the free trial period, before my subscription automatically renewed and I was charged for the full license. When I requested cancellation of my subscription and a full refund, my request was approved the same day and a full refund was confirmed. I greatly appreciate the speed and efficiency of the work of the support team!
