Highly recommend. FlippingBook is a great way to showcase your brochures, catalogs, etc. I loved the customization and sound effects of the pages turning. It was easy to customize and update. It was a great personalization tool and gave a great customer experience.

Refund request granted in timely fashion.

I accidentally ordered an upgrade for software that was already installed on my computer with the upgrade. I emailed Cleverbridge to request a refund for my mistake, and in within a few hours a customer service representative contacted me and had already initiated the refund. I was very pleased with the result, the promptness, and the professionalism.

Quick Refund and Cancellation

My team and I reached out for a refund for an annual renewal and cancellation of service since we no longer have a Macbook and have not been using the service. It was so quick and easy! The site was easy to use and customer service is professional and friendly.

Request for Re-send of Registration Code

I had requested for a re- send of my registration code for an application software that I had purchased from Cleverbridge and almost immediately I received it after complying to a few requirements that were asked for. I made a mistake and hit the renew button. I thought I'd have a choice. NOPE. Debited. One mail to to Nick and it took literally minutes to recieve a refund. Glasswire is amazing software. It affords control over tracking. Our exchange rate is terrible; R20 to the $. - Many things broke and cost - other issues not Glasswire. It could not have happened at a worse time - big costs. Superb customer service

Superb customer service! Following up my on-line query about subscription, they took great time and effort to understand my individual case rather than the trawl of FAQs that normally encountered. They then explained my error in full and friendly fashion complete with links that were clear and helpful. Would that all online firms as good as Cleverbridge! Highly recommended.
