The person dedicated to my case was Justin. He was affable, helpful, understanding and extremely responsive. I asked for a refund and before you know it, it was done. As much as I was expecting distance and cold answers like I received from other customer service from other companies ( specially when located outside the US), this experience brought me back faith in commercial relations and efficient customer support. I rated your support team service twice because they were very prompt in their reply and helpful to the questions I had. Also, I’d like to add that this product serves its purpose very well and is extremely friendly to use. Unfortunately, it didn’t have what I needed and that’s the only reason I asked for a refund. If I had needed any or all of the other services your product provides, I would’ve continued using it because it does meet its purpose. If I ever need what your product offers, ...
