Great Response at Customer Service

The folks here have been extremely helpful. We went back and forth trying to track down a reoccurring payment, and the customer service staff was definitely on top of it. They were super timely as well as responsive to many followup questions that came up during the process.

I had a subscription that shouldn't have been renewed.

I had a subscription that was incorrectly renewed. I was taken care of quickly and professionally. My PayPal account was credited and all is well. I wouldn't hesitate to use Cleverbridge in the future. And a special thanks to Julius!
