Quick and helpful responses

Twice I've had a computer crash or go DOA on me and both times, within 24 hours, I had WordPerfect reinstalled because of Corel's excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Refund request honored

I had an issue where I purchased a software upgrade on a product that did not require an update. I contacted Cleverbridge Customer Service to request a refund. I received a response within a few hours and my refund request was approved. I certainly feel more comfortable doing business with companies that have outstanding customer service. Kudos to Cleverbridge!

Customer service has been excellent

Customer service has been excellent, I've used the program for 4 years, the only reason I've stopped is the price has become too much. I'm very disappointed in this, but will continue to use the free version.

Outstanding work ethic

I accidently stopped a recurring renewal with Cleverbridge because I made a mistake. After following up with them, they were extremely sympathetic and were amazing at the way they handled my error. They were very quick to respond to my emails and sort out the situation with a perfect outcome.
