Needed help to re-install. Due to computer crash.

Well I needed help as my computer crashed and I needed the assistance to reinstall. The help I received was excellent. I have been a purchaser and licensed user of Corel Products for a long time since Ver 4 in like the mid 1990's. Love the program. Highly recommend it to anyone I know in the graphic production business.

Problem solved

MY OLD COMPUTER CRASHED SO i LOST MY ELECTRONICALLY DOWNLOADED SOFTWARE. THOSE DOWNLOADS WERE 8 YEARS AGO AND CLEVERBRIDGE SENT ME LINKS TO FIX AND RELOAD MY NEW COMPUTER. VERY NICE!!!!

Joshua O. is a excellent agent.

They responded to my problem quickly and expertly. I was up and running in short order. I am not a neophyte and had a complicated problem. They solved it faultlessy. I've dealth w/Cleverbridge for years and can say they have excellent service and products.

Excellent customer service

I must admit I don't know a lot about this company but they have efficiently renewed my Sophos Antivirus every year for quite a few years now. I had to contact them recently to change the email address on my account and it was done immediately and on a weekend, so top marks for customer service there !

Great customer service!!

I was recently invoiced via auto renewal for a one year subscription to CC Cleaner Professional. I'm not even sure how this happened since my credit card on file had expired in 02/24. Regardless, I contacted Cleverbridge Customer Support via their website asking that the invoice be cancelled and a credit issued. Just over an hour Iater, I received a very courteous and professional response from "Johnlee G" who immediately arranged a full refund. Thank you for such a great experience!
