What do you like best? When we first researched ATS, we found HRM. The sales rep was friendly, professional, transparent and knew the product well. The demo was refreshing. I love the clean layout, minimal number of clicks per task, intuitive design, how the jobs post automatically to Indeed and other sites, how easy it is to get to the portal from any device. Sometimes when candidates apply, their email addressed don't port over correctly or at all, and often the wrong state ports over so there are some manual edits that need to take place. What do you like best? Clear Company is able to be fully customized. If you want a different way for applicants to apply, they can make you a new application and process. If you want to add in additional fields to the Status bar- you can.
