What do you like best? Generally, we are satisfied overall with this product. We were able to customize the product to our use while keeping it easy to use for our hiring managers. The product offering has continued to improve as time goes on which is a nice advantage! What do you like best? The best feature Clear Company offers is the automated on-boarding system. Fully integrated with the recruiting module, on-boarding can be initiated in a few simple clicks. Clear Company has allowed us to synchronize our recruitment efforts at multiple hiring locations.

What do you like best? The feature that I find most beneficial is the automatic cross posting to multiple job boards, thus consolidating my efforts to cross post! What do you like best? I really like the ease of use of this system. I have used many in the past and this is the most intuitive system I've ever used. I trained my assistant to use the system in less than 15 minutes and she was off and running! What do you like best? Very customizable and easy to understand. What do you dislike?
