What do you like best? This product is so easy to use and the amount of response to our ADS have been great! What do you dislike? There is nothing to dislike about this product it has been a great resource for us. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have no issues the product has helped us in many ways.

Easy and friendly to navigate for both Employers and Employees

What do you like best? I love that as an employer we can customize the onboard packets and not go by templates. Customer Service is always available and have always helped with any issue/error immediately. What do you dislike? It is difficult to tell apart a candidate when you have similar names under the candidate lookup. If we could tell them apart by either email or phone # it would be a lot easier. What do you like best? I really liked the ability to get my implementation coordinator on the phone or via e mail. Colin was always accessible and able to answer any questions I had. The set up process was quick and easy, and they were very receptive to my suggestions for future enhancements. The system is easy to use and has some GREAT reporting features.
