Multiple users with ease and well supported!

What do you like best? Not only is the system a one stop shop, it is professional, efficient, easy to navigate and most importantly for us in HR - easy to train. All of our hiring managers can use the system to move through their recruiting while archiving all communication, candidates and actions around the recruiting of our positions. I have been pleased with the overall service and software.

What do you like best? It is easy to use for the Administrator, the other users and for the applicants What do you dislike? The application builder is a little limited and I often need assistance for items I should be able to do myself What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Applicant tracking. We moved from a paper system to Clear Company's solution and it is now fully integrated with our payroll and onboarding.

What do you like best? I like that it keeps track of all our applicants. The database is searchable. It has a database of job descriptions. It has the ability to automate email replies and responses. What do you like best? I am the Director of HR at a high growth company. We needed an ATS that was easy to implements with top service. We found that with Clear Company. The product itself is terrific. The Client Support is amazing. What do you like best? The platform. Extremely user friendly making the training to our hiring managers simple. What do you dislike? Sometimes the system runs slow, not sure if it is CC's server. What do you like best? Overall functionality and ease within the platform is astounding. My account manager is proactive, delivers research and article catered to conversations held while developing the functionality of the tool. Best ATS ever!

What do you like best? The software is very user-friendly. The system makes recruiting and keeping track of candidates so much more efficient. We've been able to reduce hiring time, customize certain items, and some of our end users have raved on how easy it is to navigate and complete the on-boarding packet. What do you dislike?
