Best ATS ever!

What do you like best? The software is very user-friendly. The system makes recruiting and keeping track of candidates so much more efficient. We've been able to reduce hiring time, customize certain items, and some of our end users have raved on how easy it is to navigate and complete the on-boarding packet. What do you dislike? Awesome for fast growing company!

What do you like best? We love the easy user friendly layout of this applicant tracking system. It is well organized and you can send emails directly from clear company to the candidate, recruiting committee, and other hiring managers. Great product with great results!

What do you like best? The customer service, the ease of having all applicants in one place, and the ability to quickly communicate with candidates all in one place! I also really enjoy using Shield background screening through the process since it is quick and simple to complete with candidates. What do you dislike? What do you like best? We just started with Clear Company, but so far the product is great. It is extremely user friendly and supports our recruitment team in tracking our goals. What do you dislike? It would be very helpful for the software to have an excel upload feature. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are better tracking out pipeline, streamlining our systems, and connecting to a broader reach.
