I liked that when I first started using ClearComany, and had no prior experience with it, I was able to watch the different training videos and learn very quickly how everything worked. Multiple users with ease and well supported!

What do you like best? Not only is the system a one stop shop, it is professional, efficient, easy to navigate and most importantly for us in HR - easy to train. All of our hiring managers can use the system to move through their recruiting while archiving all communication, candidates and actions around the recruiting of our positions. I have been pleased with the overall service and software.

What do you like best? It is easy to use for the Administrator, the other users and for the applicants What do you dislike? The application builder is a little limited and I often need assistance for items I should be able to do myself What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Applicant tracking. We moved from a paper system to Clear Company's solution and it is now fully integrated with our payroll and onboarding.

What do you like best? I like that it keeps track of all our applicants. The database is searchable. It has a database of job descriptions. It has the ability to automate email replies and responses. It easily updates our company website when we make updates or post jobs ads online. I love that they are partnered with Indeed.com. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I really like the ability to completely customize the software to fit my companies style and needs. What do you dislike? All that customization makes for a fairly lengthy implementation period. It's totally worth investing the time, though! What do you like best? I am the Director of HR at a high growth company. We needed an ATS that was easy to implements with top service. We found that with Clear Company. The product itself is terrific. The Client Support is amazing.
