What do you like best? I love a lot about the system. The interview scheduling tool has saved me so much time on setting up phone interviews. I also love the easy of the grading. User Friendly

What do you like best? How simple it is to use. Its easy to figure out, and if you cant, the account reps and customer service team are happy to help you figure it out. What do you dislike? ClearCompany is an excellent source for your company's tracking and interviewing processes.

What do you like best? The applicant tracking system allows me to track my candidates and upload their resumes. Easy access to track. What do you dislike? Sometimes there is a delay in uploading resumes. Also there is an issue with when I reply to a candidate that the email goes into their spam folder.
