What do you like best? Clear Company allows users to keep applicant tracking and communications in one place. The applicants apply through a connected system, I can view all the applicants in a list, sort them by a score, see submitted documents, and take several actions to parse the system. What do you like best? ClearCompany has drastically made our hiring and onboarding process better. We used to be completely paper-based even as late as 2 years ago and the ClearCompany platform has allowed us to develop a more robust hiring process from beginning to end. What do you dislike? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The main characteristic of Clear Company which proved to be most beneficial for me is the fact that it can do cross posting of jobs on multiple job boards. I normally also use the option of forwarding and sharing the candidates’ profiles with the other hiring manager who are added in their system. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Functional yes, but not what we were promised.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The price is pretty good considering where we came from but you get what you pay for. It is functional but very basic. What aspects are problematic or could work better? There have been a few issues that we tried talking to with customer support for weeks and you do not get to ever talk to them immediately. What do you like best? Functionality. I love how intuitive and "smart" the technology is. What do you dislike? I do wish I could change the fonts and enable spell check on performance appraisals.
