What do you like best? I was new to recruiting and had never worked with an ATS. I love how intuitive this product is and how helpful the support staff has been. If I have a question or suggestion, I know they hear me and take action. What do you dislike? There isn't much I dislike. What do you like best? Here at TAK Communications, we love using Clear Company because of how user-friendly it is. We can keep all of our various managers, supervisors and HR staff in the know very easily with the notes and other tools from the system. We also love how great their customer service is. BEWARE ADD ON FEES

What do you like best? Good customer service during set up that was quickly overshadowed by additional fees not disclosed in the contract. What do you dislike? I purchased Clear Company and have been using it for six months. I received an email from the customer service dept that there is a bogus additional charge they are trying to charge of $10,000 for additional 'competencies' in the system that were not disclosed in the contract. What do you like best? The recruiting to onboarding process. Seamless! What do you dislike? Upon initial log-in the site can be intimidating. Lots of components to this system. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Recruiting talented employees and reducing costs of hiring and training. Managers are more involved with the process from posting job requisitions, to hiring and onboarding. Time and cost savings.
