Great organization of customer details and information
PROS: There is so much that Podio brings to the table. It is rich in apps that help you to create or add features depending on the needs of your business. You can identify your teams members, assign them tasks and give reminders on the tasks you have assigned making it effective in your project management role.

An ideal tool for management.
PROS: Customizing your database is very easy. Very simple in intergrating this software to other third party apps. Reporting and filtering are easy to handle. Customer support is excellent. CONS: Nothing to hate much with the software. So far, it's been ok.

A project management platform that’s flexible for smaller groups.
PROS: I like its flexibility. I wanted to be updated on the progress on a wide range of progress. I get to that by making customized app in tracking precise metrics so benchmarks can be met. The task tool makes things easy in delegating tasks to others, spot what needs to be done daily, and have the progress for all my projects at my own pace.

no support.......having to manually calculate staff vacation allowances
We have a vacations calendar but the only way of keeping track of how many holidays have been taken seem to be manually. The only other option we see is the weeks, the way to filter out how many weeks someone has taken holidays. We have sent a support request in to Podio but they don't respond.....
