What do you like best? I like that Podio is highly-customizable. You can design your own app according to exactly how you want it. It has basic features such as the ability to make a simultaneous update to two apps, connect two apps etc.

A great fit for project management when you want to have your own field types.
PROS: Project management, CRMs, and to-do solutions are all based on the utilization of fields and databases. Thanks to Podio, I was able to do a number of things. It's a workflow capable of dealing with intricate Wordpress processes. It has a database for marketing material.

Perfect for companies who aren’t thinking of investing too much on other powerful alternatives.
PROS: It's so easy to use. The wide range of sections and dashboards with Podio keeps things organized. This is ideal for companies who are in need of a CRM or an in-house document hub. Great stuff. CONS: Certain advanced features found in Podio. This is in terms of automated certain processes which can have a learning curve. At times, you'll need someone who have the experience.
