Dårlig kundeservice
Dårlig kundeservice. Hvorfor skal man skrive over 10 mails for at nedgradere sit abonnent. Typisk abonnementsfælde, når man først har tilmeldt sit betalingskort er det ikke til at slippe ud af.

Fejl i adminmodul og Ikke muligt at slette betalingskort
Meget dårlig support samt fejl i Podio's datoformat på adminsiden - nogle gange bruges amerikansk format (altså 07/10/2015 betyder 10 juli 2015) og nogle gange dansk (07/10/2015 betyder 7 oktober 2015) - så man skal selv kigge på sine oprindelige emails for at konstatere hvornår abonnementet udløber...ellers bliver det automatisk fornyet uden forudgående varsel og pengene trukket UDEN mulighed for at slette sit betalingskort. For man kan nemlig ikke selv slette sit betalingskort hos Podio! ...

Use this website for work find it ok but it does have its flaws. I do often get notifications off other people in the office which has nothing to do with me. It can be very annoying and doesn't bring up tasks I have made on the right days.
