It seemed to be a little hard sometimes for users to get into meetings since they had to create an account and install the app. Sometimes it can be tough for users is the sales industry or for an impatient user to user WebEx. Ease of integration into Outlook and Jabber. The service itself tends to be down more than it is available, with bandwidth issues, audio and video snafus and at times when developing large conference meetings of 100+ it can be cumbersome for a multi panelist approach. The best thing about its product is its real-time audio and video transmission quality. It's so good that you get the feeling that you are in the same environment. Easy to use but technology seems old

Ease of use. Always seems to work without lag but layout and technology seem outdated outdated look. Sometimes the microphone or video feature do not work. Good for corporate meetings. Good to stay connected remotely.

WebEx is hassle free. It just works. Always on, no glitches. Video quality is not as good as some other tools. Scores a little low on User friendly UI. Screen sharing drop down interferes with some activities you need to do in that part of the screen. Do not get mislead by freeware (Cheap software). Security is the key here. It is having very easy to use interaface. Bandwidth requirement is more then the competition software. Easy to connect with the business partners and even conduct the webex events
