Seems like it could be great, but doesn't quite hit the mark for my team
What do you like best? Some of the features within WebEx are nice, like the ability to raise your hand for attention and the different moderator access. What do you dislike? We simply cannot get WebEx to work reliably when team members are connected to VPN. It's frustrating to instruct folks to log off their VPNs for a meeting, so we find ourselves using other platforms that are more reliable. Recommendations to others considering the product: Confirm it works with your VPN ...

Thanks to this feature of the product, we can provide effective distance training to our employees and hold productive meetings. Unrivaled Product for Virtual Meetings and Presentations
What do you like best? The feature I like most about the product is the Reporting Feature. With this feature, you can see who is in the call for how long without following the ringtone during the presentation. This helps us to analyze the participants of the meeting. What do you dislike? The lack of the ability to edit recorded meetings is a real deficiency. It is always a necessity to be able to cut out parts of unnecessary conversations or edit these images in a meeting. Most of ...

What do you like best? WebEx is hassle free. It just works. Always on, no glitches. What do you dislike? Video quality is not as good as some other tools. Scores a little low on User friendly UI. Screen sharing drop down interferes with some activities you need to do in that part of the screen. Recommendations to others considering the product: Do not get mislead by freeware (Cheap software). Security is the key here. Good packages for Education available. The overall ...
