Easy to use, friendly for all

It's easy to use, not overly technical, and I have had upward of 50 people watching a live event for teaching purposes. Have not found a dislike. There are no large downloads required to use it. Just open and go! Able to communicate far and wide. We are located in 3 states and I can't always get there to teach and train on Benefits.

Absolutely recommend software for video conferencing and meetings

1.Audio quality over cisco WebEx meetings is amazing. 2. Even works fine with slow internet connection (if you have one) 3. Easy to use. Sometimes video sharing doesn't work properly, but that's very rare. You can have meetings with your client far away from you very conveniently and reliabily.

Ease of setting meetings and carrying meetings,hsnd raising,white board are most useful. Sometime issue with connection so sometimes voice get disconnected. Good to use. Ease of using is the best benefit. Connection is the something we need to see.

good product for quick call

all features are good. Aps need to be more user friendly. I haven't found any dislike features in webex its flexible and there should be feture by which we can share our calls to other users as well just like zoom. All technical problem.Meetings and sometimes client call.

Seems like it could be great, but doesn't quite hit the mark for my team

Some of the features within WebEx are nice, like the ability to raise your hand for attention and the different moderator access. We simply cannot get WebEx to work reliably when team members are connected to VPN. It's frustrating to instruct folks to log off their VPNs for a meeting, so we find ourselves using other platforms that are more reliable. Confirm it works with your VPN before deciding to purchase. None, as we are unable to get WebEx to work reliably.
