What do you like best? Ease of integration into Outlook and Jabber. What do you dislike? The service itself tends to be down more than it is available, with bandwidth issues, audio and video snafus and at times when developing large conference meetings of 100+ it can be cumbersome for a multi panelist approach. What do you like best? The Cisco WebEx is a solid and fairly easy to use tool for audio/video conferencing and desktop sharing and control. What do you dislike? nothing major, the interface could use a little refresher on the esthetics part. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to share screen and provide support for our client but accessing their network from their desktop via WebEx.
