Webex is not a great platform for events, especially with people that haven’t used it before. The red and black button functionality is confusing We only use webex for Cisco meetings. It would be beneficial to learn more about it to roll out to other meetings and events

The Cisco WebEx is a solid and fairly easy to use tool for audio/video conferencing and desktop sharing and control. nothing major, the interface could use a little refresher on the esthetics part. We are able to share screen and provide support for our client but accessing their network from their desktop via WebEx.
