Best Platform to Meet Online

Easy to use, high audio/video quality and no installation required I have been using it since a long time but I don't find anything which I don't like using about cisco webex installer but could be a little pricey though. Highly recommended Online meetings, conducting work sessions, resolving network or software installation problems

Great product for businesses or Universities

Very easy to use, usually has great quality picture and audio. Sometimes there is lagging or screen freezing. Definitely recommend, great product, great customer service. We have a meeting every morning and we use Webex. They tend to be about 30 minutes. Since some work from home we need a quality video chat to keep eachother updated.

On par with similar platforms.

It’s easy to set up and manage calls with this platform. Nothing in particular. It’s on par with other companies like GoToMeeting, but there’s nothing I found that made it better/worse. Webex is good for large meetings compared to some free options like Hangouts.

Less than great connectivity and user experience

Certain partners of ours who value security use this platform over Zoom, and so we are able to connect with them during the pandemic. Connectivity is not as strong as other video platforms, with bandwidth seeming very low. Also it is very difficult to open the application and it crashes frequently. We connect with partners who are not allowed to use Zoom, so it is good to have additional capabilities to connect with our partners.
