The perfect meetings tool for business!

I love the fact that I can take control of remote sessions for troubleshooting and collaborative workflows. I also like the functionality to record meetings in a GDPR-compliant manner. The most frustrating aspects of Cisco Webex Meetings are the file sharing and noise cancellation modules. I definitely feel that there's scope for improvement in order to compete with the market leaders. I'm using Cisco Webex Meetings to troubleshoot technical errors and collaborate on business documents.

Useful for conference calls and sharing screens but can be glitchy

I like that I can share my screen, schedule meetings through Microsoft Outlook, record meetings and use it for training purposes. The sound is off sometimes. There's a lot of lag. The video will suddenly cut off. It's not very intuitive. The ease of access and the amount of callers that can access simultaneously. There are no downsides in using Cisco WebEX. Definitely use. The ability to be able to have many members on at the same time. The ability to hold meetings with ease virtually.
