Extremely useful but occasionally makes my browser run slowly.

What do you like best? My favorite feature of Cirrus Insight is that I can set reminders to follow up on emails I've sent. It returns the email thread to the top of my Gmail inbox and allows me to pick up where I left off. I am not great at keeping my email organized and Cirrus has helped me quite a bit. What do you like best? Allows you to see when and where people have opened your emails or even clicked on the links in said emails. What do you dislike? Pretty good, but a little quirky to use.

What do you like best? Useful to track what others have emailed the same person about and read those emails so you're not spamming the same client. What do you dislike? the tab on the right side of the screen takes a lot of space. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? trying to get a large-ish senior team aligned on who to talk to and how often to talk with them. And who is owning which relationship.

Automation for your work, saves time, but not perfect though

What do you like best? I love that Cirrus Insight allows me to record tasks and emails automatically, so I don't need to log back into Salesforce, automation definitely saves tons of time. I like also that I can use merge fields in emails, so I can personalize them and quickly reach out lot's of prospects. I think that Cirrus has much more to offer compared to what we are using right now, we don't have the full license, but I think we might be getting the flights soon, so it's going ...

What do you like best? Being able to interface iwth my CRM, with both logging and pulling up contact information. What do you dislike? A fair amount of times, opens/repllies/and clicks aren't tracked -- which is very useful information for me to know. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? problems are written in what I dislike. Benefits are the clicks/opens that I can see the user doing.

Straight forward, easy to use.

What do you like best? I like that Cirrus integrates with Salesforce and Outreach.io and tracks emails without having to do extra work like tagging and whatnot. It can be set to detect these things automatically. What do you dislike? I only dislike how the default pop-out hides my ability access my google calendar. It took me a minute to see how to hide it. What do you like best? This tool is great for being able to automate your tracking of lead activity in SalesForce. What do you like best? Great way to track the most recent conversations and meetings scheduled. What do you dislike? For calendar synching, your meeting titles have to use certain language so that it populates those meeting dates into the appropriate fields in salesforce.
