Helpful and allows for easier transition to document emails in Salsesforce
What do you like best? I like that I can see student detail on my email and don't have to go back and forth on salesforce. I also enjoy being able to navigate via email. I like that emails are logged directly and don't have to duplicate efforts in my documentation of interactions. I also enjoy the ability to search for other students from my email. I also like that my calendar is now synced through salesforce and Cirrus so I am able to access my calendar on either screen. What do you ...

Simply gets the job done
What do you like best? Cirrus Insight does precisely what we purchased it for and that is to auto sync emails from Outlook to Salesforce. What do you dislike? I wish we could activate the email syncing for all of our users instead of having each one of them do it individually. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? All of our emails are auto syncing to Salesforce so that we can have a log of all correspondence.

Cirrus with Admissions
What do you like best? I like the feature in the email and being able to access things more quickly. I love the simple user-friendly aspects of the application also! I think Cirrus has also improved within the last year, and many of my coworkers and people within my organization are constantly looking fr different aspects of the application to use that we have not come in contact with yet. What do you like best? I like how I can add new leads directly from my email and track all communications with my clients What do you dislike? Amazing email tracking insight.
What do you like best? Ability to see who views my emails which allows me to better set follow up schedule. What do you dislike? Adjusting notifications isn't the easiest and they don't always show for me immediately when someone views them What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? It does all of its work automatically. I can just go about my work while Cirrus does its own processing. What do you dislike? The program is fine. Cirrus is a great way to track individual, personalized outreach through our engagement funnel.
What do you like best? My favorite piece is the ability to see all outreach across team members. As colleagues leave, and circumstances change year over year, this is the most comprehensive way to track engagement with an account. I love the link clicks and attachment download features. What do you dislike? I dislike the fact that we lost data for a long period of time (about a month) and couldn't get it back from either SFDC or Cirrus. Optimize your daily workflow
What do you like best? Easy integration into SFDC. We are expected to leverage various tools in our repertoire, and having something that tracks along the way, makes it easy to not have to go back to double up your work by just logging notes.
