Cirrus makes tracking emails and sending custom templates very simple.
What do you like best? Cirrus allows me to track my outreach and structure my time more effectively. It is nice to see engagement levels and easily see previous outreach in salesforce. What do you like best? Cirrus Insight provides a seamless way to create leads, log opps, and check to see engagement with emails and links sent out to clients. It's a truly helpful resource that saves a few clicks and thus valuable time in managing client information. What do you dislike? Helpful but glitchy
What do you like best? It elevates everything email can do - I love that I can track emails. What do you dislike? Cirrus Insight glitches pretty often, from logging me off randomly to just sending error messages for no reason. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Seeing whether someone opened our emails or not

Nice functionality, not necessarily a total gamechanger
What do you like best? I like knowing who opened my email and at what time. I like sending Campaigns. I like being able to schedule emails in the future. What do you dislike? Cirrus is an excellent tool for analytics.
What do you like best? It makes logging and retrieving data much more accessible at my level. Also gives me the ability to track emails in SFDC, What do you dislike? The downside is I need to manually input some data when logging an email. I wish it would just pick up on the email as well as the date. What problems are you solving with the product? Using Cirrus Insight to integrate email contacts with Salesforce
What do you like best? Cirrus Insight has a quick and easy feature that allows me to add my contacts to Salesforce. There are other tracking features, as well, that organize these contacts alongside opportunities and make the email integration very smooth. What do you dislike? The biggest issue is that Cirrus Insight slows down my gmail and adds toolbars that I don't use very often. Instead, the tool bars could show up upon hovering the mouse. Cirrus Insight - Timesaver
What do you like best? No longer required to have salesforce website open - can do everything via cirrus insight. Big time saver. What do you dislike? Integration with cirrus insight and gmail isn't perfect, requires regular logins. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Massive time saver; logs all my emails and can create/update contacts in salesforce directly from my gmail.

Great potential but still a little buggy
What do you like best? The ability to edit and create SFDC records in the Gmail inbox is a great time saver. Not having to switch back and forth between SFDC and Gmail is really valuable. What do you dislike? Too often users find that they have been logged out and cannot log back in successfully, or the chrome extension has stopped working and needs to be reinstalled. WeWork Gmail w/Cirrus
What do you like best? The connectivity to other apps and platforms is relatively simple and intuitive What do you dislike? Have had issues with tracking, also some issues with adding emails to SalesForce before the email is sent What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Best use for me is keeping a log of my initial contact point, looking forward to using the campaign feature more as well
