This is a game changer
What do you like best? My ability to track the life of emails, clicks, etc. has sharpened my focus significantly and allows me to spend my time more effectively than I have ever been able to. Simple and Effective
What do you like best? I'm far from a power-user, but Cirrus Insight does what I need from it. Setup was pretty straightforward, and it does an accurate job of tracking emails and integrating with Gmail and SalesForce. What do you dislike? Excellent email add on to track emails, send messages later, or send campaigns to an uploaded list
What do you like best? The send later function is amazing to follow up with customers and to send personal reminders as well! What do you dislike? Can't complain! We've had great success with this integrating into our platform and accelerating our sales team's efficiencies. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The integration with Salesforce is amazing. The ability to add contacts and manage emails is immensely helpful.

Helpful for Gmail to Salesforce Integration
What do you like best? We've been using Cirrus Insight for several years to integrate Gmail activity into Salesforce. What do you dislike? The price point is a bit high considering we don't take advantage of all features. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The automation helps prevent our users from forgetting to log their email activities into Salesforce.

Necessary for any customer facing roles.
What do you like best? The seamless integration with GMAIL and Salesforce makes tracking your activity in one place super easy. What do you dislike? Not sure if it's tracking me reopening an email as an 'open'. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Understanding if a client is avoiding me or simply not available. Saves time chasing someone down via email.

What do you like best? I love being able to see what emails my clients are responding to! What do you dislike? Nothing, I find it so easy to use and I love everything about it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Following up with clients that are interested but get lost in the weeds. Increased business.

It works across a wide set of platforms and doesn't break down much.
What do you like best? Capabilities. Salesforce integration solid across multiple generations. What do you dislike? For the SF implementation I'm working with it's not able to pick up data when it's not "on". Sometimes my emails are not captured What problems are you solving with the product? It's a great service...most of the time.
What do you like best? Easy to track emails and document phone calls What do you dislike? Some days it works, and some it doesn't. When it isn't working a reboot my computer, or log out and in to Outlook and it seems to fix the issue. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Logging emails

A useful tool for Salesforce integration
What do you like best? I like the ability to easily add new contacts to my salesforce accounts. As a Sales Manager, this tool improves my daily workflow and makes the previously manual entry of contacts and communications in salesforce so much easier than it used to be. What do you dislike? Auto-logging emails does not work consistently. I have to login and logout of the outlook plugin frequently to keep it working as expected. The application itself does a great job with what it ...
