What do you like best? I love the ease in which it is to see information in Gmail. If I need more, I can just jump right into Salesforce. What do you like best? I really like that I can schedule email to send later and have them return to my inbox if I don't get a response. This makes managing my inbox and time much easier. What do you dislike? It happens not infrequently where I try to send an email and get an error from Cirrus and have to wait a few minutes and try again. Generally easy to use and makes my job easier

What do you like best? I love the integration with salesforce and being able to see when clients open my emails, click on links, etc. I also really like the set a meeting function where a client can select a time based off of my calendar and the meeting gets automatically added in to my google calendar What do you dislike? What do you like best? Love the integration with Salesforce. Saves me a boatload of time. What do you dislike? Often times it logs me out when I boot my computer. I think it's something in my system. Improvements on feutures

What do you like best? One of the most useful features is the "Send Later" it allows you to manage your time properly and send emails during office hours (even you wrote it before or after) What do you dislike? The book a meeting feature could improve and let you have options on slots of time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Salesforce documentation, the integration allows you on having everything on one place.
