Great for Integrating Emails into Salesforce
What do you like best? We use Cirrus to seamlessly integrate our Account Representative's Email with Salesforce. In addition to tracking opens and clicks of Emails, Cirrus also allows us to open Salesforce templates directly in their Email accounts. Very easy to use, solves a big problem with getting customer interactions into SalesForce
What do you like best? I spend most of my day in my email inbox, but there's stuff I'm doing that needs to get into SF. It's great not having to jump between screens to get email interactions tagged to the appropriate opportunity/account. What do you dislike? Makes it really easy to track contacts
What do you like best? Logging of emails is totally seamless, and entering a new contact into Salesforce is also pretty easy to do. What do you dislike? Sometimes the plug-in crashes or slows down Gmail. Also, if you have the Gmail tasks bar open, it hides the Cirrus Insight panel. Easy to use and gets the job done
What do you like best? I can track my opens, utilize the send later feature and log my correspondence to my Salesforce accounts all in once place. It's great and sits nicely in the GMail interface What do you dislike? Cirrus makes my job a lot easier!
What do you like best? Cirrus helps to streamline my workflow and allows me to be more efficient and organized. What do you dislike? Sometimes cirrus will randomly stop working and it takes time for it to fix itself. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Simple and Effective
What do you like best? Easy to navigate the UI, seamless Gmail to Salesforce integration and great tracking. What do you dislike? I do have occasional errors when scheduling emails, sometimes the UI acts up with Gmail and I need to close/reopen my browser. Cirrus is great most of the time.
What do you like best? I like that cirrus allows us to track reads and clicks from client interactions. As well, Cirrus seamlessly integrates with SalesForce which makes note-taking and tracking much easier! What do you dislike? Great Features!
What do you like best? What I like best is how t si synced with all the records in Salesforce that I do not have to pull up another window to get basic details What do you dislike? I tried the send later feature and it is not working What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? the send later feature is not working. Also the template builder, it is kind of hard to use

Great Software!
What do you like best? I am an office manager at a commercial real estate firm and my brokers use this software all the time. It saves us a lot of time and energy in doing research. I think the feature that I love the move about this software is the ability to integrate Cirrus Insight into your Outlook email platform. That is the best because it makes CRM better, and it also make scheduling easier. What do you dislike? Honestly, nothing comes to mind. I think I need to learn more ...

Incredibly helpful tool for inbox management
What do you like best? I really like the ability to set reminders and delay sending emails. This helps me get through my inbox after a weekend of emails! What do you dislike? I dislike that it feels like it slows down my inbox, especially if I have multiple windows open. I find my co-workers receiving emails before me to be quite annoying, and It makes me feel as though I am behind the curve for choosing to use an otherwise incredibly useful tool.
