Must have sales-enablement tool

What do you like best? Cirrus is a feature-rich product that integrates seamlessly between Salesforce and Gmail. The built-in tabs on Gmail make it easy to access while not being too intrusive. Would definitely recommend What do you dislike? Only "negative" would be that something happens to where Cirrus disconnects and you have to sign back in and re-authorize the app. It could be some automated rule within Gmail that causes this. What problems are you solving with the ...

What do you like best? I LOVED that it looked like Salesforce, so it already felt familiar and easy to use. Very intuitive and made sense logically. What do you dislike? Nothing! It's very easy to customize, so there's nothing to dislike. Every once in a while it'll log me out, but it's super quick to log back in right from Gmail. Recommendations to others considering the product: Check out the free Lightning for Gmail from Salesforce. Not as comprehensive as Cirrus ...

Efficiencies from Cirrus

What do you like best? The ability to create Salesforce records right from my inbox is my favorite feature. What do you dislike? Sometimes Cirrus can be a bit glitchy and present a number of error messages at the top of my screen. Most of the time this happens It does not effect what I am doing. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure you do a through training with users off the bat. I would also implement Cirrus at the time Salesforce in implemented. ...

Sales Coordinator

What do you like best? Cirrus has been a great tool in helping me track my sales emails, schedule flight for future emails, track meetings from my calendar, and efficiently consolidate all of that information into Salesforce. What do you dislike? There have been several instances when Cirrus has been glitchy, and some of my emails were not recorded as a result. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Efficiently tracking ...

Great add-on for tracking emails

What do you like best? Takes away the manual effort of syncing emails to SFDC. Makes its a lot easier for delayed sending of emails or snoozing. (A few features have been incorporated into Gmail but first experienced in Cirrus Insights) What do you dislike? Caused a lot of loading issues. Assuming this was due to caching 5 years worth of emails but causes significant load times now. Recommendations to others considering the product: Be aware of the functionality that is ...

I use Cirrus to for contact outreach management across government, school district, and telecom.

What do you like best? I most appreciate the automatic logging of email outreach into Salesforce and I regularly look at the open/click data for insight into my contacts. What do you dislike? I seem to get logged out of Cirrus Insight somewhat frequently - I'm not sure why this happens but sometimes it takes a while for me to notice and re-login, leaving me vulnerable to missing a few contact touchpoints from that period of time. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Heavy Cirrus user for work account

What do you like best? The best part of Cirrus is the ability it provides to see how many times (and sometimes a location) that a message was opened, and by whom. What do you dislike? It is somewhat difficult to use on Outlook's online portal, as it does not seem to automatically associate to contacts or opportunities within Salesforce. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Cirrus helps me find out if I'm being ignored, or if the ...

The best tool to use for business!

What do you like best? Receiving notifications of users opening emails and having information flow from Cirrus directly to Salesforce. What do you dislike? Getting a notification that I opened my own email, also that you are not able to use Cirrus Insight with Virtru, having to create a new Chrome User and use two different browsers to use Cirrus doesn't seem efficient. Recommendations to others considering the product: You won't be able to implement Cirrus Insight if you ...
