Great experience working Cirrus
What do you like best? I love the tracking, it makes it really easy to see who is viewing my emails. Being able to save email templates and send out campaigns is very convenient for my line of work. What do you dislike? Sometimes it can be a little glitchy. Other than that everything has been exceptional. Recommendations to others considering the product: Cirrus is very useful and user-friendly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Terrible. Never works 80% of the time
What do you like best? That I am not the one paying to use it. What do you dislike? Doesnt log emails like it should. Does not work on Outlook for Mac Recommendations to others considering the product: Rollout Outlook for Mac support. this would be huge for anyone not using office365 and using Macs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? it logs some of the users and emails

Very useful sales tool
What do you like best? The item I like best about Cirrus Insight is its seamless integration with Salesforce and how I am able to monitor whether and when my emails have been opened. What do you dislike? The only thing I dislike is sometimes adding leads/contacts into Salesforce from Cirrus can be buggy. Recommendations to others considering the product: Take advantage of it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I ams ...

Cirrus has some nice features but it has been super glitchy with my Gmail account.
What do you like best? I liked using the scheduled send feature and it was nice to be able to track emails (when they're opened, clicked, etc.). What do you dislike? The glitchiness often caused my Gmail to be simply unusable. Each time I enabled Cirrus I had to disable it a couple weeks later because of the problems it caused. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking customer interactions, responsiveness, etc. I know that ...

Goes Down- I don't even know it's happening.
What do you like best? It tracks all emails, which is great. Auto populates contacts and ties it to SF- also great! What do you dislike? It goes down, I don't know I"m not logging emails. Resetting its connections is clunky. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking emails for activities. When it works, it works well. And connects everything back to an internalized system (SF) which I appreciate.

Some functionality, but salesforce login issues and other glitches outweigh the positives
What do you like best? The most helpful thing is the ability to enter contacts directly from email into Salesforce What do you dislike? The auto-fill feature doesn't work as well as I would hope; the biggest issue is that Salesforce logs me out of Cirrus insight frequently and it's a hassle to keep logging in again. Also - sometimes the program seems to glitch and causes repeated red error boxes and prevents me from sending emails. What problems are you solving with the ...

Clunky but functional
What do you like best? Cirrus is useful for quickly entering contacts into Salesforce. It has a lot of one-click functionality which is nice. What do you dislike? It consumes a lot of system resources, takes up a large part of the screen, and doesn't always have good intuition on how to autocomplete fields. Recommendations to others considering the product: It seems to be easier to use than salesforce directly, so that's a plus! What problems are you solving with the ...
