What do you like best? The ability to create Salesforce records right from my inbox is my favorite feature. What do you dislike? Sometimes Cirrus can be a bit glitchy and present a number of error messages at the top of my screen. Most of the time this happens It does not effect what I am doing. What do you like best? I LOVED that it looked like Salesforce, so it already felt familiar and easy to use. Very intuitive and made sense logically. What do you dislike? Nothing! It's very easy to customize, so there's nothing to dislike. Every once in a while it'll log me out, but it's super quick to log back in right from Gmail. What do you like best? Cirrus is a feature-rich product that integrates seamlessly between Salesforce and Gmail. The built-in tabs on Gmail make it easy to access while not being too intrusive. Would definitely recommend What do you dislike? Only "negative" would be that something happens to where Cirrus disconnects and you have to sign back in and re-authorize the app. It could be some automated rule within Gmail that causes this. Great for Integrating Emails into Salesforce
What do you like best? We use Cirrus to seamlessly integrate our Account Representative's Email with Salesforce. In addition to tracking opens and clicks of Emails, Cirrus also allows us to open Salesforce templates directly in their Email accounts. Necessary for any customer facing roles.
What do you like best? The seamless integration with GMAIL and Salesforce makes tracking your activity in one place super easy. What do you dislike? Not sure if it's tracking me reopening an email as an 'open'. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Understanding if a client is avoiding me or simply not available. Saves time chasing someone down via email.
