It helps me a lot with saving time since it automatically import all my emails to our CRM.

What do you like best? The integration between the CRM and Our Tools that saves a lot of time What do you dislike? When you send an email to several people it does not tell you who has viewed it. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use frequently so you can take advantage of all its features What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It gives me a quick view of pending tasks, meetings, etc.

Complete and utter visibility

What do you like best? I can view who has opened my emails and links, and the tracking capabilities are second to none. There are lots of other features for your calendar, etc. that I don't even take advantage of, but it is very all-encompassing! Also, love that I can add contacts to SFDC directly from Gmail. Great integration

What do you like best? My favorite feature of Cirrus is it pulls your email templates over from Salesforce to be used in your inbox. Before I started using Cirrus I was doing a lot of copying and pasting for my templates. What do you dislike? The only negative thing I can say about this is that when I initially signed up it took several tries to get it connected with my Salesforce. Pleasantly nested into my outlook app, but slightly difficult to attach emails to exact campaign.

What do you like best? I love being able to slide Cirrus Inisght out of sight and focus on my inbox when needed. In an instant, I can view campaign history for my contact and write a personal message to them that reflects a thorough knowledge of their involvement with my organization. What do you dislike? Very Pleasing

What do you like best? It is super helpful when it come to tracking emails. This feature keeps me in the loop and on top of things. My whole office has switched to Cirrus insight and we all see the benefits. What do you dislike? I honestly don't have any problems with using this system. I find it super helpful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I know when someone opens up an email, and i can keep my engagement with a client.

Massive lift for time management

What do you like best? I cannot speak enough to the time saved by using this product. Rather than manually copying in records, I can save important communication in two clicks in an organized fashion. I can also track opens and clicks providing more depth to my engagement. My experience has been a good one.

What do you like best? What I like best is being able to track last outreach and who ran it on Salesforce. What do you dislike? I dislike that you have to continue to reinstall it with emails. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The problem I'm solving with Cirrus is tracking prospecting outreach.
