"Internet mobile can't go wrong! Another phone without need of a new sim"
What do you like best about CircleLoop? I dont need a new number or phone to access circle loop on my current phone; can log into circle loop on multiple phones or computers What do you dislike about CircleLoop? Sometimes the connection does not work and calls dont come through - this is on a rare occasion though What problems is CircleLoop solving and how is that benefiting you? Having access to another number accessable to many devices on a phone that already has a sim

its great when it works however it does…
its great when it works however it does not work great on mobiles alone. We are looking into switching to a more stable provider after 2 years with them enough is enough.

Fantastic company to work with
Fantastic company to work with. The circle loop app is very easy to use and lots of support. I want to thank Lucas for taking the time to call me after a few days of signing up and making sure I was happy with my services.

Imogen was super helpful
Imogen was super helpful! Had a call with Imogen this morning to cover some questions I had as a new user and she couldn't of been more polite or helpful. She answered all my questions and even gave me advice on how best to utilise the system for my specific needs. I would highly recommend this firm based on my experience.

When it works
When it works, great! Unfortunately more often than not there’s something wrong, whether it’s the app not dialling, calls cutting out midway or the number you pay to use not showing when you call people, so they don’t answer! Such a shame, hopefully they sort it out

A company losing it's way.
Fantastic product that has been great for years, it's now got tech issues which they are not open about. I feel sorry for the poor customer support people who know it's got faults and are not allowed to admit them. It's a company that seems to have lost it's way and is in danger of losing the goodwill of it's customers.
