Awesome App
Awesome App! Virtual numbers have come such a long way! Using this App to manage numbers and make changes is just too easy. The UI is great, had to play around with my phones permissions as you do but apart from that no other changes are needed. I did miss a call that I wasn't alerted too once, probably my phone's fault, but other than that it's been fantastic.

Awesome App
Awesome App! Virtual numbers have come such a long way! Using this App to manage numbers and make changes is just too easy. Great product and amazing customer…
Great product and amazing customer support! We decided to make the transition to AoIP from our old landline. CircleLoop was recommended to us and we are very glad we picked them. Ours was not a straightforward switch as we wanted to keep our number and so had to move our broadband over to a new line before porting the number across. Very glitchy and buggy
Very glitchy and buggy. App doesn't work most of the time and you have to have headphones in otherwise the person on the other end hears you twice, once delayed by a second. Works ok on a strong wifi connection inside, but on data outside it's horrendous. Over promises and underdelivers, i'm switching to a new provider.

90% of the time it doesn't even dial!
90% of the time it doesn't even dial! Any application which is capable of logging in is better than this software which is clearly made by interns! Can't call certain countries like Slovakia. The quality of the calls aren't good either. Switching to something else.

Cheap but you get what you pay for
Cheap but you get what you pay for. The desktop app is buggy and difficulty answering calls using the iPhone app. Calls not being redirected properly and constantly having to re-login.

Lost its way
After being with Circleloop for 12 months quite happily, unfortunately in the last 7-8 weeks the app has degraded to the point where it's basically unusable. Daily issues with calls cutting off repeatedly, unable to log in, our menu options not working so customers can't call us, users being set to offline when they're not so calls aren't being directed to them. Engineers seem to have no idea how to fix the issues permanently. Maybe there was an update or something and it's just broken the ...
