Good System -Excellent Service
The whole experience from first contact to getting our numbers ported has been refreshingly different. Every phone call for help was met by knowledgeable, friendly support. In particular the assistance from Sarah and Zac with the number porting was exceptional. In use the system is different from a standard telephony paradigm but works well. Quality is good and the features serve our needs well.

Come on CircleLoop
Come on CircleLoop, let not loose sight of who the customer is. Trying to setup an account with Circle loop and its painful at best. Not clear to the layperson how to set it up so paying for a service which doesn't do what I thought was it was supposed to. OK my bad I'm not technical. Mixed message coming from their team that things work and then told they didn't (i.e. call forwarding) but he was new and didn't know what he was doing. OK we all need to learn. I left a query with Circleloop and was called the next day by Kieran. He quickly (and cheerfully) talked me though in order to resolve my issue effectively.

No incoming calls
Made an account today outgoing is ok apart from when a caller hangs up and doesn't pick up your phone keeps ringing also incoming calls are not working been trying to email all day as an urgent thing as I could be losing work as I want them to be my main phone company but no incoming calls and phone just keeps ringing if no one picks up once it's all sorted will change the post to 5 stars and update along the way

Great service and platform, but...
Great service and platform, we used it for about 3 months. However, had to cancel due to incorrect/dead numbers just ringing and ringing out (so you don't know if the phone number is genuine or not). As soon as this issue if fixed, we'd be back in a heartbeat.

Perfect for use with HubSpot
If you use HubSpot (or any other suported CRM) this is a great phone system. And their month by month plans are a refreshing approach to telecoms.

Circle Loop staff (Imogen thank you!) were very helpful in onboarding me to Circle Loop - they called me back (an international number!) with answers to my questions if they didn't know the answer offhand, negotiated a discount on my behalf as an ed startup and had a Hong Kong card processing capability added just for my convenience. Many many thanks! Best sales experience EVER
