"Amazing platform for customer success."

What do you like best about Churn360? Churn360 is a must have tool for any growing customer success team. Since the team is new they put in extra effort to do anything What do you dislike about Churn360? The email templates were not intuitive enough for us. What problems is Churn360 solving and how is that benefiting you? Nto specifically a problem but we are using Churn360 to improve our CSM to accounts ratio and it is helping us with time.

What do you like best about Churn360? I loved how easy it was for me to get all the information about an account. 360 view of accounts gives you everything including engagements, notes, tickets etc. What do you dislike about Churn360? Since the product was new, we faced some teething issues with the product. Dev team at Churn360 was very responsive in taking the feedback and helping us out. What problems is Churn360 solving and how is that benefiting you? We took the basic plan of Churn 360 ...

"Churn360 helped us big time!"

What do you like best about Churn360? I love how easy it is to use the system. Also, that all my redundant tasks are being taken care by the system What do you dislike about Churn360? I just didn't like that they don't have a two-way integration with Intercom. But now they are working on it. What problems is Churn360 solving and how is that benefiting you? It is solving a lot of problems we earlier had, like missing out on renewal reminders arranging QBR's on time etc.

What do you like best about Churn360? Churn360 is a very intuitive platform, I love how easy it is to navigate through the different tabs and reports. What do you dislike about Churn360? I don't really see any downside using Churn360 for now. What problems is Churn360 solving and how is that benefiting you? Manage time, which is very valuable while working with customers.

A flexible platform to work out with the needs of customer What do you dislike about Churn360? As of now , I am not facing any issue with it. What problems is Churn360 solving and how is that benefiting you? Giving us a platform to monitor and manage the information thereby making the things more efficiently

What do you like best about Churn360? It was so easy to integrate and get up and running. What do you dislike about Churn360? Really cant think of any downside of Churn360 What problems is Churn360 solving and how is that benefiting you? Planning the day in life of a CSM is brilliant.

What do you like best about Churn360? I love how simple and intuitive the UI/UX is, helped us shorten our adoption curve. What do you dislike about Churn360? Can't think of any cons of the product at the moment. What problems is Churn360 solving and how is that benefiting you? It is helping us streamline our Onboarding process and also increase the operational efficiency.

What do you like best about Churn360? Churn360 helps us in managing all our clients post-sales, and to have all the information in one place is a dream come true. Also, the workspace for CSMs is amazing. What do you dislike about Churn360? I can't think of anything at the moment. What problems is Churn360 solving and how is that benefiting you? Giving us the dashboard with all the information and metrics that need to be monitored by the management.

What do you like best about Churn360? Churn360 offers many standard integrations as well as custom. These enables our CSM to view all the data in one platform and make decisions based on the info gathered in single platform. What do you dislike about Churn360? The platform misses out on introductory video which makes it complex. An in-app built tutorial will make it really helpful to get started.
