Trial/Evaluation use of CCB

What do you like best? Very in-depth look at people's profiles. Knowing more about them through their history, involvement and spiritual giftings is pretty cool. What do you dislike? A little TOO much for us right now – seemed very time consuming with the staff we currently have, but a very viable option for the future. Recommendations to others considering the product: This tool seems like it could do a great job, but make sure you use all of the capabilities it provides, ...

I use CCB for entering in weekend tithes and new givers and it is super easy to use.

What do you like best? It's easy to add a new giver, easy to navigate. Creating Check batches are a breeze. What do you dislike? The sections for maintaining volunteers is hard for me to follow and understand. We have many campuses (I enter giving for our WC campus) it is annoying that when I log into CCB it defaults to Hunter Park instead of Woodcrest. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is super user friendly and an easy way of tracking volunteers and giving ...

Know your flock!

What do you like best? I like that this system helps connect the members of our church and track thing like spiritual gifts, recent activities, and kids. What do you dislike? There is nothing that I especially dislike. Recommendations to others considering the product: This is a great resource for your church community! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This helps keep us aware of how people respond and stay engaged with ...

Good for networking, but doesn't have a lot of extra functionality.

What do you like best? The address-book style directory. This makes it easy to keep track of members of our church and all their personal information. If someone goes to our church, we can contact them through CCB with a lot of ease. What do you dislike? The interface is rather complicated to use at times. There are a lot of layers of pages and not a good, intuitive flow. Also, until recently, mobile usability was very low. They recently released a mobile app, but it is pretty glitchy ...

Great Church Software Option

What do you like best? I appreciate the easy to use interface that Church Community Builder offers. This program is very intuitive and visually engaging. It is a great all in one church software program that offers a database for your congregants, facility scheduling, sign ups/registration, payment options, giving, group management and more. I also appreciate the frequent updates being made to the software. CCB is regularly improving their product as they receive feedback from users. ...

CCB

What do you like best? I like that there is easy access to your financial giving. There are reports that can be generated, and users are able to access online. I also like that you are able to get information on individuals. If there is someone I'd like to send a birthday card to, then that information can be easily found. What do you dislike? It is not too easy to navigate and it feels a little clunky. It can be difficult to get everyone to update their profiles or have their ...

Easy peasy and going in the right direction

What do you like best? The software is super intuitive. It's easy to use and all of our staff that use it figured things out on their own. They have a very helpful and searchable FAQ section as well. What do you dislike? There are some very obvious and needed features that have not arrived yet. But since their staff is so responsive and open to feedback, hopefully those things will come! Specifically, there needs to be a Kiosk function in the giving software. Recommendations to ...

Church Community Builder Review

What do you like best? It's a great multi-platform tool that will help show metrics for all church members and include all the information in one place. In addition, the website is fairly user-friendly to navigate which is helpful for multiple age groups. What do you dislike? There is a very steep learning curve for this product. In addition, navigating the reports is not as intuitive as I would like. It's great that there are multiple platforms for the product, but the mobile ...

I used CCB to store information in my congregation.

What do you like best? The simplicity of searching for someone. What do you dislike? The storage is limited. Sometimes I felt that uploading a form onto the website was difficult when created in a Word document first. Recommendations to others considering the product: This will increase your church organizational skills; use it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Seeing who financially gave what and when and being able to show ...

Such a comprehensive program!

What do you like best? CCB can do pretty much whatever I tell it to do. It is useful for such a wide variety of things. What do you dislike? It is very overwhelming to set up. Because it can do so much, I had to dedicate a large amount of time to setting up and implementation. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Personal details (name, address, phone number, tithe info)
