Great people first platform

What do you like best? By far the best platform for connecting with people and creating systems. What do you dislike? At first I didn’t like that there was no mobile app but one was launched this month and I am loving it. Recommendations to others considering the product: Decide on what is most important to your church at the stage you are at. What are the main items needing to be addressed with your ChMS platform and are you needing check in or not. What problems are you ...

Easy to use but has limitations

What do you like best? I like that you can email and text people in groups easily What do you dislike? Registering for an event has huge limitations. It does not work if you need to have a deposit for an expensive event. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you don't have a lot of complicated registrations and you want to communicate easily with the people in your church, CCB would be a good fit for you. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Get what you pay for!

What do you like best? I like this company because you can keep everything in one place. It is the "Facebook" for all things church! You are able to track attendance, create small group pages for better communication, as well as post to the whole church information that is needed to get out! What do you dislike? The price is a little crazy to think about, but it is totally worth every penny spent. You can downsize everything you use to just this one place. Makes communication to ...

Great Solution for Your Church

What do you like best? This is a great solution for churches needing to get more of there data in one place. As a volunteer for my church I use it to stay connected with my serve schedule as well as communicate with other church members. It's a great resource for our children's ministries too. What do you dislike? As a volunteer in the children's ministries it would be great for the leaders to actually be able to attach our lesson plans to the service assignment and get them in our ...

User friendly!

What do you like best? Once I was trained, it was easy to navigate. I loved the usefulness of being able to do everything all on one site! Scheduling, accept or decline, record attendance, etc. What do you dislike? It took awhile to get trained and know how to use everything. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helped record attendance to see who is consistant in connect groups and also share with our leaders what is going on in each ...

Well organized

What do you like best? This technology is clear cut and user friendly What do you dislike? After awhile new additions made it messier Recommendations to others considering the product: Not enough experience with it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Allowing parishioners to communicate with one another without a middle man, in a safe way.

Manage people and tasks in one program

What do you like best? You can make team and schedule needs that people can sign up for or you can schedule them. I like that staff can leave notes on individual and profiles to share important information. What do you dislike? Mobile version is not adequate for use. Recommendations to others considering the product: You will find it makes life easier as all information is in one place and individuals can use the program from staff to members. What problems are you solving ...

Church Community Builder Saves Time

What do you like best? I work in our church's Community Development department, which means that I help in coordinating and facilitating 5 local partnerships, 2 national partnerships, and 4 global partnerships. All of that coordination takes time and requires good notes and careful tracking. Church Community Builder allows me to do just that, all while managing groups of volunteers, sending out communications, etc. What do you dislike? As a multi-site church, we have people associated ...

CCB Review

What do you like best? I like that the templates for emails can be saved in there. We switched from CCB to Planning Center online. PCO doesn't have this capability yet and it is frustrating. What do you dislike? They allow volunteers to just decline a shift and that's that. I also don't like that they seem years behind the other church management systems out there. Not quickly advancing. Recommendations to others considering the product: This system is slow advancing. If you ...
