Full-featured, simple-to-use
What do you like best? The UI makes it useable by just about anyone. It's very simple, approachable, and easy to understand. We found that most people would use it for just one feature (such as checkin or event registration). In those cases especially, it's easy to pickup, explain, and become pretty well-versed in that little part of the system. What do you dislike? I love CCB - it's makes our lives so much easier!
What do you like best? The BEST feature is how well CCB keeps track of people and events. We use it all of the time to set up different classes, take attendance, etc. It's great because it keeps track of everything. Attendance, forms, giving, giftings, etc. It's VERY comprehensive and super user-friendly. What do you dislike? The only issue I have ever had with CCB is how minimal the mail merges are. Makes keeping church info easy.
What do you like best? Easy to use and stores all the info for the church in one easy to use location. What do you dislike? It's easy to create a duplicate profile. Recommendations to others considering the product: Ccb is very easy to use and is extremely useful for all churches. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Good integration, limited usability.
What do you like best? The best part of the software is the integration that it has with other apps such as Constant Contact. The address book, people finder is also very helpful - like a digital contact list. What do you dislike? Much of the software is a bit cumbersome. CCB is very helpful, especially helping a large church not let people drop through the cracks
What do you like best? Connects our members, allows us to send out mass messages thru email or texts (twexts), allows members to see their contributions and download them for tax season, connects to our website, easy to use calendar, allows class teachers take roll on their phones.
