Decent database but not customizable

What do you like best? Ease of finding people and tracking attendance. What do you dislike? Lack of customization, connectivity to social media’s and not a great layout or design. Very clunky. Not good for volunteers. Recommendations to others considering the product: Not a great system but support was very helpful and quick to respond. What problems are you solving with the product? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I am a church leader so I need to be connected to my staff, volunteers, and church members. The software's mobile app has helped me do that even when I am not in the church office. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Sometimes incredibly helpful, sometimes incredibly frustrating

What do you like best? The database system is great and has been very helpful for our organization. The ability to schedule rooms and the use of other company materials/property has also been really helpful. What do you dislike? The calendar function is archaic. The system tries to do so much that in the end it often fails to really excel at anything. If you want to delete a group, you must first remove everyone from it AND all past events.
