PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I find CCB to be an intuitive application that lets us connect with our volunteers without breaking a sweat. It has even enabled us to manage our data better. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The information exported to an Excel file is formatted differently and it is difficult for us to understand it. So we have to format it again in a way that is suitable for us. I like it!

What do you like best? Has great ease of use, not complicated, and allows the church to do most things that are needed. What do you dislike? Wish there was a way to capture attendance better and for our volunteers to check in (with name tags) much like the students do. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? So far I have enjoyed it and it seems like the pros outweigh the cons.

Finding their contact information is easy as well since we only have to type a portion of their name and the search results include them. CCB has been a great data resource tool.

What do you like best? The thing I like the best is how in depth the information stored can be. It’s such a good tool to keep up with your congregation and volunteers and be able to help them in any way you can. What do you dislike? The downsides are the attendance, metrics, and pulling of the reports. I work in student ministry, and often have to pull lists of students’ parents. What do you like best? The most helpful thing about church community builder is the lead app! I love how you can look up peoples information at your convenience from your smart phone. What do you like best? I love the new beta people search in CCB. What do you dislike? I dislike the fact that you can’t do anything with the results from the beta people search. Also- the people search (the old way) is very time consuming. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Problems- takes too long to create a custom report. There are SO many options and it’s so frustrating to put the “set1 and set2” in the search.
