Church Staff

What do you like best? It's easy to group different volunteer groups together on CCB, send group emails, send volunteer requests/schedules, and see all the different events on the calendar. What do you dislike? Sometimes the app takes a bit longer to load than other apps that I use. Generally, it works pretty well. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Really great for organizing volunteers

Innovative Church Database Striving for More!

What do you like best? Since starting to work with Church Community Builder in 2014 there has been extraordinary customer service and what I like most is that they are constantly making their software better every year that we have been with them. With that said, there have been major improvements with the new app that they have just released this past year. The user experience with the LEAD app has been incredible for people of all ages to navigate and easy for our staff, volunteers, and ...

A Resource for great connection

What do you like best? CCB is easy to navigate, and with the app feature, I love the opportunity to quickly access information on other members at my church. I am able to look up contact info, and family demographics quickly so that I can keep up to date on those attending the church. As a ministry leader I also love the easy of making and posting schedules. What do you dislike? The differences between the app and the pc version creates some difficulty in being able to fully manage ...

Review For Church’s Community Builder

What do you like best? I recently began to use this software as an APP on my phone because I am a leader at my church and I really like the ability to connect with, and contact, a large group of people from one ministry. What do you dislike? It’s slightly difficult to create a large event on the phone APP. I actually don’t believe you can create a large event that people can decline or accept. You can create an informational email however. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Very Robust

What do you like best? CCB is very robust. It has many of the capabilities of a full-blown Customer Relations Management software. Users can track contacts, task queues, email contacts, integrate forms and form reports, track rooms and resources, and track donations. What do you dislike? CCB is so robust that it can be clunky and difficult to learn all of its capabilities. I don't even have complete administrator functionalities in our corporate account, and CCB's uses are already ...

Complicated Yet Functionable

What do you like best? I liked the ease of communication options with CCB. It is very easy to search a group, find a group, communicate what you need with that group via email. I never used the Twext tool that much, but that is very beneficial, and something that is not supported directly by Planning Center Online. That is the only true cut above that CCB has on Planning Center Online. The Twext tool allows you to send a text to everyone in the group seamlessly. The communications for ...

Amazing Product!!

What do you like best? The reports, the village, user ability ease, ease of admin use, help desk, how it fits. How hard the team works to incorporate and continuously roll out new options. What do you dislike? A few things could be improved but I’m sure they’re being worked on. Things such as, more metric options, more private notes, etc. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This product fills in so many gaps. It makes following up ...

Church Community Builder is BEEFY Church Management System

What do you like best? It seems as though the options are endless when it comes to using CCB. Calendar, Scheduling, Financials, Giving, Group and Volunteer Organization, Online Forms, and so much more. What do you dislike? There is so much to learn! CCB can be overwhelming at first. Recommendations to others considering the product: It does SO much more than you could imagine. There is also a great online support community for when you have questions. I suggest getting training ...

Great start of a comprehensive church management system

What do you like best? I believe they are truly working hard to make changes and upgrades to the program all the time. It has a decent foundation started. I love the "Village" (community of users) that CCB has. I can post a question and get a response within an hour usually. What do you dislike? They need to do more thorough testing before releasing a new feature. It seems like the simplest things are missing upon rollout. And you don't have access to the database itself. By ...

Full-featured ChMS that is skyrocketing past others

What do you like best? I love the intentionality behind CCB's recent changes. They do a fantastic job listening to their community of churches, and they are implementing incredible design and functionality changes across the board. They're rewriting almost every feature throughout the software so that it's mobile friendly and consistent with every other space. Their designs are very user-friendly, beautiful, and modern. What do you dislike? Although they're currently overhauling every ...
