Screw chime I was supposed to be paid Friday morning it's Sunday I still haven't got st chime been holding my money and don't even have a representative to talk to about this stuff I'm so mad rn like wth are they doing I have bills and stuff I'm starting to feel like I'm never going to get my money fr do not use chime they are obviously careless with your money now my money is just in the ether and cant nobody tell me anything

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Support desk will run you in circles for hours and then send an automated email response that they can't help you. Stick with the other payment apps.

Chime is the worst!!!!
Chime is the worst!!!!! my husband is 58yrs old, recently we noticed some transactions from Microsoft (xbox) and reached out to dispute. they assured us they would be taken care of and block the merchant. However, 3 more days go by without blocking the merchant and 20 more transactions at 8.99, 29.99 and 19.99 later!!! They then denied our dispute in 1 day of their investigation. We have a dispute for $130 that’s been being “investigated” for over a month and they finish these 22 ...

What a shitshow!
What a shitshow! Account opened in my husband name, card arrived with activation details. He tried most of the day contacting them but was bounced around, from AI to AI, with no resolution to an account being open FRAUDULENTLY in his name. You would think they take that kind of thing seriously. I was able to get through, bc none of my info is on file with them, so they wanted to set up an account for me. The worst Bank I've ever experienced!! Please do not bank with them. They have so many stupid little processes and they constantly pass the baton when you need help with something.
