Chime has Devastated my Family
I didn't want to leave any stars, but I had to leave 1. I want to take the time to warn people not to trust chime as a financial institution. My account was debited for over 1000 dollars for a purchase I never made. I let chime know seconds after it occurred and they failed to do anything. The first rep kept insisting I call the merchant as if I was disputing a refund. This was a purchase I never made. I had to call back only to find out a dispute was not submitted by the first rep. The only thing I can say good about…
The only thing I can say good about chime is the early deposits and the spot me. Other then that you will get scammed if you are referring a friend you will never see the free referral money that is offered to you and the friend for joining and setting up direct deposit within the 45days.Instead they held my friend card for about 4weeks exhausting out half of the 45days after he called twice to figure out why the card hadn’t showed up to begin with then he finally received the card two ...

Chime needs to reevaluate their security measures
I am going to give Chime a one star.If I could give this Financial institution a negative rating I would. In the beginning it was an okay app to use due to the fact that you didn't have to jump through so much security measures. Chime needs to take off the security measure of sending a text message to make sure its not fraudulent transaction.
