I have had Chime take money from me on…

I have had Chime take money from me on several occasions and I have yet to get my funds back. I would be very careful when trying to send money to ANYONE that does not have a Chime account because even tho they tell you that you can send money to anyone its simply NOT TRUE AT ALL AND THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. DONT GET CHIME FOR A BETTER CREDIT SCORE

Don't think chime will raise your credit score. All my other scores, equifax and transunion are over 700 n I've been with chime for 3 years n went to 660 n a month ago went down to 620 n NOBODY AT CHIME could tell me y. I wasn't late on a pymnt n not 1 thing changed on my credit report. So I insisted they disconnect me from fico 2 days ago and my score went to 670 just like the rest of my scores. Cashapp is easily better

One thing about this company, they will hold your money any time they see a nice amount. they delayed my direct deposit and now i lost my car insurance. Cashapp was able to give me my check early for the FIRST check. 8 business days later and I have yet to receive mine. One representative said I should’ve gotten it today and the other said it doesn’t show on their end. SUSPICIOUS. Keep tabs and i’m sure there’s reason to sue.

Chime is ALWAYS there for you

My phone was broken and I could not remember my email password or my chime membership password. I knew that my chime card had been locked (as I do every time after I use it .. I was worried I couldn't get another phone because my chime card was locked I couldn't remember the password and thought the day was just over....... Chime truly sucks. Decline after decline with an account full of money Fraud alerts shut off my Amazon Prime for good after 25 declines for fraud Now declining a $10 charge to Ford for my Ford Pass connection to the car I'll go take out all the money and move it to Olympia federal savings, my other bank. Do not use Chime!

Worse customer service ever! Buyer be wear so to speak with chime! I’ve been with them for about 8 months to try them out to “boost my score” They do not care about their customers. STAY AWAY!

Chime has a mind-boggling number of technical issues. Most of your mobile check deposits will fail because their imaging system is not robust. Your card will decline at coffee shops and restaurants randomly and without reason. You won't be able to transfer to external accounts because "there's an issue with your request". They stole $467 from me ***BEWARE***

I have been with chime for at lest 4 years and I loved it they were awesome in so many ways but on July 31 2024 i had a problem. I ordered two items on Walmart.com that totaled $467 but they where canceled. It would be about 10 days for the $467 to be sent back to me.
