I love my CHIME checking account

I love my CHIME checking account, sometimes I need a little extra before paydays and with SPOTME I can get the things I need without worrying about paying XTRA for overdraft! The best part is that my SPOTME limit has increased over the years of having my Direct Deposit Account!

I LOVE CHIME!!

I love chime! Have been with them for about 7 years now. The only thing I don’t like is the MYPAY, I feel like they should let you get all of your money not give you a little daily and charge you everyday to get it! That’s ridiculous!! They take your money back when you get paid ALL AT ONCE so I feel like when I’m borrowing money from my check I should get it ALL AT ONE IN FULL!! Also they should get new cards the plain white one is OLD AND PLAIN!! Definitely need more options!

Impossible to reach

Have to turn in a form or they were going to shut my account down, I called three times and messaged support twice and received no help each time. If you call them it’s near impossible to talk to anyone and I was told two different answers to my problem over message (and then they told me to call instead). And I’m sure the response to this post will be to call them. Bank with someone else because if you have even one problem they’re not going help you.

I filed a dispute with chime and they’re the worse when it comes to getting your money back from the merchant you can provide them all the proof they would need to get a refund back and they still will deny your claim i would not recommend anyone banking with chime

Run far far away.

If I were you, Id run as far as I can from Chime. If I could give a negative rating I would! In the past week I have had 4 fraudulent transactions attempted to my account. The 1st one Chime refuses to refund me my money. The 2nd one, we called two days ago and my wife was told that a dispute was started, the card was locked, a new card was issued, and that the merchant was blocked. Yesterday another attempt was made.
