What do you like best? I love how all of my social media is funneled into a single Dashboard and I can monitor multiple social channels and owned properties. What do you dislike? The best part is it's all in one kinda juggernaut tool and we can do/see all the things from reviews to social media engagements and sentiments, latest reviews on all the platforms from Facebook to Google business.
