Not the right fit for us
What do you like best? Chatmeter had great reporting functions that were very easy to export What do you dislike? It was not the right fit from a reputation tool stand point. We had to go back and forth with the company many times What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has reporting functions that allow you to very easily send pdfs to clients.

Innovative tool to keep track of online reputation.
What do you like best? Daily emails sent alerting to positive and negative reviews. Emails can be sent to multiple addresses. Review builder is handy and a good tool to build reputation by soliciting reviews. Covers many different review sites. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Easy access to review and respond to reviews and guest feedback. What do you dislike? 60 location minimum means we are paying for a few stores we don't have.
