What do you like best? I really enjoy the review management piece of this technology. It allows for our agency styled business to manage the reviews for several locations easily. Invaluable tool

What do you like best? This is both easy to use and teach. Partnering with managers across national locations, having a tool that is so easy to understand and use is wonderful. What do you like best? Support for the platform has been great and we have had next to no issues with the platform itself. They are always showing us new features on the platform. They even did a webinar for us to help our franchises better understand reviews and how Chatmeter is helping them improve their reputation and rankings. What do you dislike?
