Several client quit using it

What do you like best? The chatmeter platform does a lot of things, but they are not all clear to set up or customize. Their account managers were always nice, but often didnt have much experience using the product. What do you dislike? Their turnaround time to do anything for the clients was over 2 weeks. What do you like best? I am able to respond to all 120+ locations one platform and that has been a game changer for me. What do you dislike? Chatmeter breaks the record for excellent client support and innovation

What do you like best? Chatmeter's team is second to none in fast friendly and outstanding support. They also are constantly adding new feature sets to the platform, exceeding ant stretch goal we had when we first signed up in January of 2017. What do you dislike? What do you like best? They are incredibly responsive as a group, and are happy to assist with any and all requests. What do you dislike? I would love for them to beef up their review builder offering. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have seen a big uptick in local seo results for clients, along with an easy to use dashboard to manage reviews for clients.

What do you like best? With all of the craziness in my day-to-day responsibilities, it is wonderful to be able to send things to the Chatmeter team and know it will be done. Enjoying ChatMeter!

What do you like best? How much work it helps me take care of being just one person! There are only 2 people in a large company in the Marketing Department but the efficiency allows me to act like multiple people. What do you dislike? Social media posts could be a lot easier-I would like it to be easier to manage that. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Replying to all reviews.

What do you like best? I like being able to bulk respond to reviews and having it intersperse multiple templates. It's nice that it tracks rating history for all of our sites in a single place. It's nice getting the notifications of negative reviews so I can jump on those right away. What do you dislike? There are lots of small inconveniences.
